最近,有瑜珈學生反映因為工作上的需要,需要長時間穿上高踭鞋接見客人,引致腳踭痛及腳很疲倦。事實上,當穿上高踭鞋的時候,會引致腳踭受壓、盆骨前移、小腿肌肉繃緊及筋縮。久而久之,引致雙腳好容易疲倦及抽筋。因此今日我們會示範一些舒緩小腿及腳部肌肉痛及繃緊的瑜珈動作,希望幫到穿上高踭鞋的瑜珈同學。記得先做熱身才開始練習瑜珈動作。享受瑜珈, 享受生命! Namaste!

Hare Krsna. Recently yoga student reflects the need to wear a high-heeled shoe to meet the clients owing to work purpose. It made her feeling fatigue and much pain in the legs and heels. In fact, pelvis forward, our feet and heels will be pressured, feet calf muscles will be tense and tendon cannot be extended properly when wearing a high-heeled shoe. After a period of time, the feet will be easily exhausted and tendon cramp. Hence today we will demonstrate some yoga postures to releasing legs pain owing to wearing a high-heeled shoe. Remember to do warm-up exercises first before performing our Energized Yoga. Enjoy Yoga, Enjoy Life! Namaste!
