緩解科技頸的瑜珈動作_Yoga for Relieving Tech Neck Pain

高科技產品普及和使用的年代,我們習慣長時間低頭使用手機及平板電腦…,當我們不斷重複相同的動作時,就會過度使用某些肌肉,導致肌肉勞損和拉傷。長時間低頭盯著手機或者平板電腦,會給頸椎帶來巨大壓力,導致頸椎正常曲度發生改變。頸肩部周圍因此出現肌肉酸痛等不適感,引發科技頸。

 

頸椎承受的壓力隨著低頭角度的增加而增加, 一個成年人的頭部處於正常姿態時,頸椎所承受的重量大約5kg,而隨著頭部向前傾斜,頸部所承受的壓力也在升高, 而當傾斜度達到60度時,壓力達到驚人的27kg,已是一個健康少年的重量。患了科技頸後,頸部酸痛是一個開始,低頭的動作若不及時緩解及糾正, 長期發展有機會導致頸椎病。今日會為大家示範一些強化肩頸背部肌肉以緩解科技頸的瑜珈動作,希望幫到有科技頸的瑜珈同學或朋友。記得先做熱身才開始練習瑜珈動作。享受瑜珈, 享受生命! Namaste!

Hare Krsna In the era of popularization and use of high-tech products, we are accustomed to using handheld device and / or laptop screen for a long time. When we perform same postures repeatedly, we will overuse certain muscles and cause muscle strains. Constantly looking down at your handheld device and / or laptop screen will exert tremendous pressure on the cervical spine and cause changes in the normal curvature of the cervical spine. Discomfort such as muscle soreness occurs around the neck and shoulders is being named as “Tech Neck”.

 

The pressure on the cervical spine increases with the increase in the angle of the head. When an adult’s head is in the normal position, the weight of the cervical spine is about 5 kg. With the forward tilt of the head, the pressure on the neck is also rising. When the tilt reaches 60 degrees, the pressure reaches a staggering 27kg, which is the weight of a healthy teenager. Suffering from the tech neck, neck pain is a beginning. If the looking down posture are not promptly relieved and corrected, it will have the opportunity to cause cervical spondylosis. Today, we will demonstrate some yoga postures to strengthen the shoulder, neck and back muscles to relieve the tech neck pain. Remember to warm up before you start practicing yoga.
