最近新聞(11/9/2018)調查發現,逾四成幼稚園及小學生有寒背問題 (寒背是指胸椎向後凸,頭部和兩肩向前傾),有脊醫指出其接觸過最年幼出現寒背的個案年僅四歲,認為學童長期用使用電子產品、書包過重及[趴低瞓]等皆是成因,長遠甚至會因神經受壓而影響免疫力或心肺功能。因此今次同大家分享一些趕走寒背的瑜珈動作,希望幫到有寒背問題的同學或朋友。另外,亦有一些護脊貼士,例如家長可為孩子檢查,如從側面看,耳珠、膊頭、臀部及腳踝應連成一線; 學童每做完功課滿45至50分鐘,應進行一些伸展活動; 定期做脊骨神經科檢查 (資料來源:兒童脊科基金)。記得先做熱身才開始練習瑜珈動作。享受瑜珈, 享受生命! Hare Krsna. According to recent new report (Skypost.hk 11/9/2018), more than 40% of kindergartens and primary school students have rounded back or kyphosis. Rounded back is a type of SPINAL CURVE which bent over position when standing or sitting. Chiropractors have pointed out that they have been exposed to the youngest client is only four years old. The causes of occurring rounded back may be long time using electronic products, overloaded schoolbags and take a nap on the desk or bed, may lower the immunity or cardiopulmonary function in the long run. Today, we will demonstrate some yoga postures to get rid of rounded back. Some tips can also be considered, such as parents can conduct a simple examination to the kids, viewing from the side, to check whether the kid’s tragus, shoulder, hip and the ankle should be connected in a line, perform some stretching postures after finishing homework for 45 to 50 minutes, regular spinal neurological examination (Source: Children Chiropractic Foundation).
