專業心理輔導

心理輔導是一個協助我們解決生命中各種困難問題的過程。

1. 個人心理輔導服務

富經驗的輔導員會協助處理個人在工作、婚姻、管教子女及人際關係上所遇到的各項情緒困擾及壓力，轉化負面或創傷經驗，重而增強個人的信心及快樂指數

2. 婚姻及家庭關係輔導 (詳見婚姻輔導專頁)

讓婚姻與家庭建基於愛與關懷，成員間彼此建立親密及和諧的關係。服務包括婚前、婚姻維繫輔導、離婚輔導及喪偶輔導等。婚姻輔導: 你與伴侶最近有否出現以下的情況:

經常因事嘈咬
已有一段時間少有親密的溝通
曾或現正出現冷戰
曾或正互不理睬, 或當對方透明
一想起他/她(伴侶), 負面的思想或/及負面的感覺便呈現
已很久沒有親密的身體接觸/性行為
其他:_______________________________________

以上的提問只作參考, 但在一定程度上, 已反映出你與伴侶在維繫雙方關係上已有缺口, 需立即正視及處理! 因為有緣及有份, 你和你的伴侶才能結成夫婦及維持一定的親密的關係。但時間久了, 所有的事情變得理所當然, 新鮮感,包容感不復再,隨之而來是討厭感及怨恨感。事實上,離婚未必是唯一選擇,在我們的臨床輔導經驗上, 婚姻輔導是其中一項有效及快捷的解決方法。成功的秘訣是在專業的婚姻輔導員的引導下,雙方均願意坦誠由心對話,問題既成之, 亦可解之。當深情的愛再次被肯定時, 你和你的伴侶一定可以手拖手再次踏上甜蜜婚姻路, 改善夫妻關係由您做起，珍惜您的終身伴侶，離婚未必是唯一選擇，請即與我們聯絡！

3. 性障礙輔導及治療

協助夫婦或伴侶逐步克服性障礙及改善夫婦或伴侶的性生活，增進雙方的親密關係。對象包括:

未能誘發性慾或行房過程缺乏協調的夫婦或伴侶

因性愛失調而產生各樣情緒困擾的夫婦或伴侶

性慾不足或因恐懼去面對婚後性生活的準婚人士

4. 兒童服務

親子互動遊戲輔導 – 2至7歲的子女 (詳見親子輔導專頁)

主要針對2至7歲的子女，經常出現

有攻擊性行為

不服從指示

不守規則

發脾氣及在學校出現適應困難

目的:

協助改善子女的不良行為

建立良好的親子互動關係

形式:

家長及子女會安排共同參與為期14至20星期

每星期1次的1小時密集式治療

輔導員會透過單面反光鏡及無線耳筒裝置

即時指導家長處理子女不良行為的技巧及

如何與子女建立更親密的關係, 7歲以上的子女亦可進行一般的遊戲輔導。

遊戲輔導 – 7歲以上的子女
主題課程: 情緒智商/靜心正念/專注力訓練/理財智商/社交技巧/性教育/領袖訓練…2.5歲以上的子女

親子靜心正念訓練坊 Mindfulness Training for Parents and Child (歡迎瀏覽專頁, 活動日期：2017年8月4日,星期五, 時間：下午3：30-4：00)
兒童智力及心理評估，如智力評估、教育學習評估、讀寫障礙評估…2.5歲以上的子女 (詳見兒童智力及心理評估專頁)
親子瑜珈/超級腦瑜珈- 3歲以上的子女 (詳見瑜珈專頁)

5. 催眠治療

催眠治療是一種強效的治療方法。專業的催眠治療師在個人的同意下，可以進入人的潛意識，以協助個人改善不良習慣如吸煙、咬指甲、暴食…，治療情緒困擾或毛病，如抑鬱症、焦慮症…，改善記憶，提高專注力及舒緩緊張及壓力處理

此外, 還有各項成癮輔導, 包括戒賭輔導及戒煙輔導等

戒賭輔導:

評估及引發控賭或戒賭動機
評估賭癮深度及釐定目標
執行控賭或戒賭策略
維持控賭或戒賭成果

戒煙輔導: i) 意識戒煙

評估及引發控煙或戒煙動機
評估煙癮深度及釐定目標
執行控煙或戒煙策略
維持控煙或戒煙成果

ii) 快速戒煙/潛意識戒煙/催眠戒煙

Specified Professional Counseling

Guidance and Counseling are processes used to help us navigate through life’s problems.

1. Individual Counseling

Assisting individuals to handle with work, marriage, parenting and interpersonal relationship problems which cause great emotional distress and pressure, transforming negative or traumatic experience and enhancing personal confidence and happiness index.

3. Sex Counseling and Therapy

have sexual disorders due to emotional problems or

lack sexual desire or the clients fear of conducting sexual intercourse after marriage

4. Children Services

Mainly for the children aged 2 to 7, for children oftern with

aggressive behaviour

do not obey their parents’ instructions

do not observe the rules

have tantrums and

adjustment problems which arise at school

Aims:

Parents are being taught to improve parenting skills and

the methods of establishing good parent-child interactive patterns

Methods:

Parents and children will be arranged to participate in a training period of 14-20 weeks with 1hour intensive treatment per week

Counselor makes use of the one-way mirror and wireless headset devices to provide direct guidance to parents in dealing with their children’s improper behavior and grasp how to build a more intimate parent-child relationship

Children over the age of 7 are recommended to adopt individual play counseling and therapy.

- Play Counseling – Child over 7 years old

- Theme Courses: Emotional Intelligence / Attentive Training / Money Intelligence / Social Skills / Sex Education / Leadership Training..Child over 2.5 years old

5. Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is a powerful treatment. After gaining the consent of the clients, a professional hypnotherapist will assist to improve bad habits such as smoking, overeating, handling emotional distress or illnesses such as depression, anxiety …, improve memory, attention and relieve stress and tension.

Besides, we also offer addiction counseling, including gambling counseling and smoking counseling, etc

Assess and arouse the motivation of control gambling or total abstinence from gambling
